The beds were comfortable, rooms tidy and incredible. Enjoyed having a handy kitchenette to cook something by myself. Location: the hotel was very close to the city center, Venid Beach near Dinevi resort, and Nessebar.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful with lovely views and an amazing location in an open garden area. the staff is polite and accommodates all of the guests' needs. -An à la carte restaurant serves outstanding food. -the property provides excellent service. -I appreciate that the free Wi-Fi worked well in all rooms.

Value for money was excellent, with a spacious and well-equipped room for a great price. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach, and the staff treated us with utmost kindness and professionalism.

We had a great stay at Premier Fort Sands Resort. The food was excellent with a wide variety and freshness. The rooms were clean and spacious, equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine. The beach was close by and we enjoyed the lack of beach chairs and umbrellas. I would highly recommend this hotel. I'll recommend this hotel.

the food was delicious, the entertainment was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly helpful and professional. We were initially worried about changing rooms, but once we got it sorted, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. the kids had a blast at the pool with the water slides, and the proximity to the beach made it even more convenient for fun beach activities. it was a relaxing and beautiful experience. The spacious room with all the amenities was a bonus. Cons: Couldn't fault anything about our stay. 😊.

I absolutely loved the elegant and classic decor of the hotel. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt like I was transported back to a glamorous era. The chandeliers, the beautifully upholstered furniture, and the grand staircases created a truly luxurious atmosphere. The hotel's general areas were also very well-maintained and clean, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate and enjoy. I appreciated the attention to detail in the design, which added to the overall charm of the hotel.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and considerate. While some of the staff members were polite and helpful, there were instances where I felt they lacked the patience and understanding needed to assist senior guests effectively.

During Xmas, we spent our vacation at a beach side hotel in Bulgaria. the hotel was located close to the beach which was very convenient for us. They also offered us two complementary packages which included breakfast and dinner. the room that we stayed in had a nice balcony and a beautiful view of the sea. the room was well-kept and we had a comfortable stay.
